Sorry folks but I have mislaid my AB birthday book (shock, horror!)

I will continue looking but I've had a mass tidy up in my office last week and now I can't find anything!

So if I happen to miss your birthday, you know the reason why! I have remembered a few but not the ones who gave them to me more recently. :(
