Hi. I have recently started getting loads of adverts popping up on my computer which say they are "powered by miss sunshine". I have run Norton several times and each time it has identified miss sunshine as a high risk and supposedly removed it, but "she" keeps coming back.

Any help appreciated.

Have you done a malware scan??

Try:

https://www.malwarebytes.org/

Download and install the free version and make sure you untick the box offering the full version 30 day trial and then do a full scan.
Download, install and run the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware:
https://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/
(NB: When installing it you'll encounter a pre-ticked option to take a free trial of the Premium version. Click to remove that tick!)

Don't be surprised if it takes ages to complete a scan. (Over half an hour is not uncommon). When it finds malware, use the 'quarantine' option to zap it.
I'll have to learn to type faster!
;-)
That usually happens to me Chris - makes a nice change for it to be the other way round lol :)

Thank you everyone. I have downloaded and run the recommended malware removal tool but unfortunately Miss Sunshine is still around and driving me mad. Anyone got any other ideas?

TIA
