According to the link provided it was to stop male teachers being harassed when they questioned the length of their pupils skirts. If that's the truth, ad I can't see a reason why it wouldn't be, I fully understand and appreciate why their new uniform policy was introduced.

Was not a problem when I was at school, if any teacher thought a skirt was too short the pupil was sent to the deputy headmistress and her decision was final.
