Your local College should run this course. Phone them up and ask for a prospectus, then go and visit the department to see if it is what you want to do.

Thanks scarlett i have already enroled and on a course but i just wondered if there was any help/info to help with the units as i am a bit stuck on one of them.

HI, ive been studying for my nvq level 3 for the past 8 months. i find the knowledge evidence questions quite tricky too. i couldnt find much help over the net but went to my local book store and bought " Early years care and education level 3" by Penny Tassoni and Kath Bulman. Its a Heinemann book and contains every mandatory unit as a help guide. it will give you everything you need to know and i couldnt have got through mine without it.....its become my bible!!

I have done nvq3 early years care and educ, and wish I had found this at the beginning, but it helped me a lot towards the end... www.under5s.co.uk Its mainly resources and activity ideas and stuff, but there is a 'training' forum, and you can post q's about anything you are struggling with, and you normally get a reply. You can read through to see if anyone else posted a question asking about the same unit/element/kus etc. Hope it helps...
