Hello...
There has been for a few days now an injured rook, it's wing has been damaged and its unable to fly, it's been feeding on scraps and fallen berries...
It's sad to see and wish I could do something.. Who would I take it too if I were able to catch it...?

There are sanctuaries for corvid birds. If you are in the SE of England, there is one in Surrey called "raven haven". I was told by someone who works there that they do well on soft (biscuit type) catfood.
I would try to put it in a shoe box and give it water and scraps of food until it dies. Unless you are near a sanctuary similar to the one AnswerPrancer mentioned there's not much more you can do other than keep it comfortable.
Heres a link for Raven Haven.

Vets will treat wild birds for free. Could its wing be saved ?
