Sleep Problem

My partner keeps waking up at 2 or 3am for a couple of hours unable to get back asleep, he doensnt drink coffee before bed and he has an active job so why could this be. TIA

time off work for hospital/doctors appointments

I have diabetes type 1 and not under control as well as it should be so i have been in hospital twice this year for a few days each time and a couple of days off sick but have now got quite a few...
