best course of action when others actions are reflecting badly on you...?

any tips or advice for this situation - in general... i find if you either speak out, express your annoyance, explain, etc etc people dont seem to take it and think you are just being awkward or...

could you dye a whole couch?

could you 'paint' with dye/ink etc, and entire couch? iknow you can do cushions as they are removable but how would you do the rest of the upholstery? spray on? brush on? or would you need to rinse...

brand new software disc wont install...?

on win 7 which it states is compatible its audio recorder 2.0 from honestech (i got it from serif) ive tried all the various ways to get a disc to run and install and it gets as far as the user...
