Ceiling Fans

Can anybody please let me know how to balance the fan blades on a ceiling fan, because when I switch it on, it vibrates only a little, but still annoying. Thanks....

Windows Update

Im running windows XP, and the problem is that when I try to get windows update on my pc, I get the error message no.0xDDD0004. Something to do with activeX control. Any help please.
