posting urls?

has this facility stopped? usually when you post a website addy it becomes a link, i just posted a message and added a website addy and it didnt come up highlighted, which is a pain as you cant highlight and copy on this site!

I found the other day that although I could highlight it and write something over the link, like vinny has done just above this post.

Im not sure why you cant highlight and copy though cos i just tried it and it worked :S

The reason why www.freewebs.com/boobesque isn't highlighted is that AB requires the full URL (including the http bit) to be be posted before the link is highlighted:

as i said, i used to be able to post it without the http, but i think that it may have changed since we got the new layout here, still not too bothered, least i know now!
