The "normal" range (or negative test result) for rheumatoid factor is less than 14 IU/ml. Any result with values 14 IU/ml or above is considered abnormally high, elevated, or positive.
so yours is abnormal
your doctor will tell you what that means
Specifically whether it is High ( but dont know what that means) or whether is 100 is bad and 200 is twice as bad....
(or as another internet site says : Although treatment response is a robust determinant of a decrease in RF, it does not appear to be associated with declines in the anti-CCP antibody level.
which is doctor-speak for - "you get better with treatment and the level isnt much good in telling how much better"
