I saw a film a while ago (this year) a bunch of teens were staying in a holiday home and got trapped in there in the snowstorm, I cannot remember the name of the film but in the end when they were finally saved, well two of them out of about 6, they were sitting on the porch area and one of them said "we" and the rescue service said "it's only you" the other had died and was obviously a ghost and the survivor didn't know they were dead TIA
