as a 17 year old turning 18 who was stopped by police 6, 7 months ago and my 18th is soon what kind of consequences am i facing if i go too court cause i still havent received any information after i got stopped without a license or insurance

Maydup: The CPS need to be notified within 6 months, if they've been charged - C4th wouldn't be informed of this. From memory, I think the CPS have up to 3 years for it to go to the initial hearing. I'd be calling 101 and trying to find out what is going on, if I were C4th, rather than just hoping it'll go away.
