Hotmail problems on mobile

Is anyone else having problems accessing their Hotmail through their phones? It worked fine up to 2 weeks ago, but not now. I have spoken to an O2 guru and he says it's a Hotmail prob. Benn on their site and asked the question, but it goes on about ActiveSync. I have an old Sony Ericsson W302 and there is no activesync on there. Can anyone help? Please...
