Keys Changing Places On Keyboard

On my laptop some keys have swapped places, for example @ and " have changed, I'm wondering what has happened and what should I do, anyone  please?

Emails Not Displaying On Android

I can see the list of emaila but they won't open - screen is blank. OK on laptop. How can I fix this, please? This started a couple of hours ago, it's been fine all day.
