more of a whinge really - there was a very flippant remark on one thread about the poor student who was killed by a polar bear. The remark was unnecessary and very off hand - I found it offensive but chose not to report it.

I just don't like posts started in order to wind someone up intentionally and malliciously which is what I assume has happened here since apologies were made as the last comments on the original thread and the last thing mammy said was let it lie. Since the poster hasn't decided to do this, then I assume it's less of a whinge and more a wooden spoon thread.

Alexanderd -my comments were entirely lighthearted too and I apologise if they caused offence. At being (only slightly) the right side of 50 it is all I have to laugh about right now!!!!!!! Anyway, now you've blown it cos B00 might pop in on a Saturday night and she WILL scoff all your cakes.

And I really love the phrase "pi$$ or get off the pot". Reminds me of my very irrascible grandfather who couldn't actually say anything without using the word "Pi$$". My mother blames him for so much........

I'd like you to report things you don't like rather than to make threads like this. After all, no one likes agenda posts: http://www.theanswerb.../Question1041809.html ! You can leave a note with the report letting me know what the issue is - I don't always act on it, and this way you'll be able to make your feeling known, but not necessarily make it look like you're "going after" someone!
