I posted a couple of questions tonight but they are now missing, does that mean they have been censored/removed?

Not cynical at all and I've never been banned from anywhere. I just think that many improvements would make this more user friendly, on the other sites the sites owners actually makes threads asking what would you like here or how can we make this a better site, and it gets done., that's great communication wouldn't you agree?
sherrardk this maybe the best site you know of, but not mine, like I said I only come here usually when I want an answer, everything else, other sites cater for, whoever told you that you must leave one site and use another may have not been good at the internet, it's possible to be omnipresent on many sites without having to leave any of them.
LSP, this is a well established site which gets plenty of non-users looking in from Google links. They often become users and regulars.
The ed and team don't need to ask the users how to run the site - it is too big and too popular for that.
This isn't a closed site - remember that non-members can read the content exactly as we can. You only need to register to post.
Although a lot of people do treat it as a private club. Fine by me.

And you sound very programmed, I'm not sure exactly what you expect to receive by not being brave enough to be truthful about how this place is run? Just being allowed to stay by the look of it, what a way to live....In fear. I prefer happy bright open places full of honesty and free speech myself, better class of user there, not that there isn't here as there are some amazing people here but withing the chatter community you seem to get a more argumentative user with lower iq's then the other topics such as science, religion, b&s and the rest.
