Why did my question not appear in 'Latest posts'?

I put an update to my original question in August 2011 (Scratchy phone line) but it had not appeared after 5 minutes although later posts were shown. Why is this?

The Latest Post Pod refreshes every minute, this means that if site activity dictates that more than 6 questions have been asked/answered in that minute something is going to get pushed out of the running!

This may especially be the case on the weekends when the size is buzzing with Quizzes and Puzzles traffic.
