Employer.... optimises pool of candiates for positions

Employee Improved job satisfaction due to sense of needs being valued or ability to meet basic cultural requirements if policy includes flexibility for religious holidays/observances etc

Organisation.... source of insight into culture of target populations
Employer - reduces the incidence of bullying and harassment
Employee - increases the chance of open competition for opportunities
Organisation - helps to maintain morale and motivation of the workforce leading to increased quality of product/output

Just some of many examples you could use.
