Anyone know wentwood forest?

In south wales? Near Newport?? Theres a structure in the woods and I do not know for the life of me what it is. I know theres a ww2 dug out and a thing marking the highest point. This structure looks really out of place, like something from a landscaped garden, does any one know what it is??
