It good to know that AB is not alone in welcoming long time users, as if they are new members.

This afternoon, I have had two E/mails from BT. 1) Your phone service is ready for you and you can start using your phone anytime. 2) Your Broadband service is ready for you.

Strange when my telephone connection has been with BT from the days the firm was 'Post Office Telephones' and I have had BT Broadband for at least 4yrs.
