screen layout thrown out by long links

Twice yesterday my screen layout was thrown out by links and three or four words were missing off each line as they seemed to disappear behind the ads on the right.
Here's the example.
In both cases the links were posted by Mick-Talbot but he said his layout was okay.
I know others have experienced this problem.
Is there anything you can suggest?

Which browser are you using?

Hi Ed -it's on Chrome that the problem occurs for me.
OK factor. I cant seem to replicate it will have to pas it on to the techies sorry.

It looks okay on IE9 so it must be something to do with Google chrome.

Some of the link addresses now do seem to take up 3 or 4 lines. They they use to be shortened on here although I know that then caused problems for woodelf and others who relied on a screen reader.
Hi Ed, your link doesn't seem to be working. FYI, I'm getting the same problem using IE8 on an XP machine. It seems to be across all posts.

Ed's link worked for me, SeaJayPea.
But thanks for confirming that I'm not imagining the problem of text disappearing when long links are posted.
This seems to be a justification issue. The text in each line id longer than the space available for it. It's not hust a links issue now. It seems to be, for me at any rate, all text. Looks like it's being overwritten by the ads on the right. Perhaps those using Chrome et al have stopped the ads appearing at all?

Just a thought...

Bloody hell. Typing, Timothy!

"id" should be "is" and "hust" should be "just".

But maybe you'd worked that out already.
