Certificate Error warning on PC

Hi All,
My PC is now coming up with the message 'There is a problem with this website's security certificate' whenever I try and access a webpage. Is this a virus? Can I get rid of it? My PC has been back about a week from the shop after having another virus removed, so could do without this.

What anti virus do you have? Run a scan.

is the date right on your pc? sometimes having the wrong date will set off these messages

Yes, the date had changed which was the problem. Thank you so much. Appreciate your help.

The date being wrong often indicates a failing motherboard battery.

Change the battery if the problem persists or it will leak and damage the motherboard.
