New Badges To Be Processed Tonight

Afternoon All,

We've just rolled out the update again, without the bugs this time.

This means there are more badges. These should process tonight and over the weekend. It will take some time.

However, you should see some of the new badges work their way into your "badges" profile view here:

Have a half-glance over the weekend to see if anything turns up - and we'll have a proper look on Monday with the intention of cleaning up any rough edges.

I am very interested to see the final outcome on the Badges Bodge-up.

If I remember correctly, at the outset of the awards scheme I asked the Ed to remove my Badges because I wasn't in favour of them. However, it was intimated to me that I was stuck with them, whether I liked it or not.

I still have too many badges for best answers and no 10 years plus long service badge, also I have a total of 100 best answers but the list only shows 96

I still have a badge for 1000 best answers, which cannot be serious. Not even andy hughes, who has been here since dinosaurs walked the earth, can have given 1000 best answers.

And in fact when I click on it to see who the holders are, I am not listed among them. The Editor is, of course...

I'll let you know when we've got a new version up and running to test. The techie who would be fixing this is ill so we're running a bit behind with bug fixes... These things can't be helped sometimes.
