I've read it a lot on here, speculation that there is a new Ed or a new over zealous mod. I understand we don't need to know but nobody can deny that the moderation of the site has become particularly stringent in the last few months.

It's not a complaint. It's just baffling how a legitimate news story gets deleted because the OP requested it.

Wouldn't it be better to point out that it's a news story and doesn't need deleting? If people are upset by the story/images then maybe they shouldn't be on the internet, read the newspapers, or leave the house.
