I've seen other posters mention this, it's some kind of malware, Do a search and you'll see solutions I think.

I stand by it, Dot. Running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware should fix the problem. (It did for me!)

i've downloaded and installed malwarebytes and tried to run it 3 times, my norton security has somehow failed completely, the malwarebytes scan found 44 threats and then froze, i don't know what has happened to the norton, it's only 6 months old, what can i do to get the malwarebytes to complete the scan and what can i do to get norton working again?

erm, the only odd thing is in a search box at the top of the browser window, it says , MixiDJ V30 Customized Wed Search.

I can't find this years disc for the norton.

Dotty just go to the Norton website, into Customer Services, and they will sort it for you.
