it means you have subscribed to the particular thread and will get notifications when someone replies to it

If you click on the subscribed link at least 2 things happen.

i) You get a "subscribed threads" box to the right of the page showing it so you can keep tabs on it, see if there are any new replies, for a set period anyway.

ii) They send you an e-mail each and every darned time someone adds a post to it, so you have to go into your e-mail regularly to delete the last 50 or so.

you've probably noticed that in the panel where the original question appears it says "subscribe" and "report" underneath, so if you want to subscribe click on it.

You don't always get that many emails - O_G is just very popular :)
