We were in another club, just along the prom. It was a mad party night. We've all done it, come out of a club a bit ratted in the middle of the night, gone on the beach, and ended up going for a splash in the sea in the ark. But the waves were wild on Friday night.
Poor girl. The whole town was a bit subdued yesterday. It's hard to feel Christmassy and cheerful when there's a search and rescue team down on the beach.

Oh yeah ... the Ark.
lol ... I didn't see that typo.
Tom Cat ?
Why ????
I don't think I've ever run into the sea when the waves have been like that. At least not in the dark ("ark") with my clothes on. I mean I've been in the sea, in the dark, with my clothes on. You take your shoes off, obviously. No matter how trolleyed you are, there's some little preservation instinct that tells you not to lose a shoe in the sea in the dark.
