the people who gave me advice on buying a new pc/laptop with Win 8.1, the systems that were good and bad, and for all your patience.

In the end I bought a 17'' HP Pavilion, which is fast and is of good quality.

Had it just over a week now, and slowly getting used to Win 8.1, so once again, thanks everyone, you know who you are, and no doubt I will be in this section again with some more problems I will incur :-)
