So Slow

I can't get on AB much tonight, I'm getting the topics on the left and just white elsewhere for about 5 minutes then it loads. No other site. On laptop and pad too - anyone else??

Well I've only been on for about 15 mins but everything is fine for me - on Chrome.

No problems for me (with Firefox) but I've got the ads blocked. Perhaps it's an ad server that's causing the problem?

Well if AB is still using one of the servers that I've mentioned to ED then it's a DDoS as I know 100% that that server 'bank' is being targeted right now. If not then well it could just be a coincidence. Either way it shouldn't take the hosting companies long to reconfigure their firewalls and stop incoming traffic from all the people packeting them.

Slow for me too and I was just beginning to wonder about my internet connection when I saw this post. Thanks for reassuring me its just this site and nothing worse. I'm on an ipad with no ad blocker.

Seems to have suddenly got better but haven't been able to get on really for the last hour. Lots of messages at bottom of screen 'waiting for'. the browser is surely irrelevant when I can access everything else on the net I want to...

mushroom25: For the same reason I wouldn't go up to the landlord or landlady in a pub and shout "THIS BEER IS OFF". That would cause the other punters to probably go else where.
