You can change your password in your profilr, Fluff...but if you are not logged in and don't know your password you're screwed unless you can get to Aunts link.

Hi dannyk13,

Your best bet is to do a password reset here:

http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/user/request_password_reset.php

then you can change it to what you think it should be or something completely different :-)

How would a poster get to that link without you putting it up, ABA?
my profile, edit profile, change password?

at a guess

Tried that link but it takes me to a page where I am asked to register and when I do it it says I am already registered and it will not let me enter a password.
Sorry danny. Getting mixed up with those Steroids that Rambo is on. :-)

I tried this earlier, you can change your password in 'edit my profile' but nowhere does it tell you what it currently is (if you're alredy logged in).
I never log out so am always signed in. I would have to hunt for my password. Are there any cons in staying permanently logged in?
I have also never log out. Is that ok?
I stay permanently logged in.
I never log out either, I don't see the point as long as you know no-one's going to sneak on and post on your behalf (that did happen to me at work a few years back, I was mightily embarrassed)
