Dll Error When I Click Set-Up

I recently downloaded a game but when I double-click Setup I get this error:

Runtime Error (at -1:0):

Cannot Import
dll:C:\Users\XXXX\Appdata\Local\Temp\is-0P5F0.tmp/isslideshow.dll.

The location of the dll file also switches around within the Temp.
I tried reinstalling DirectX but it says that I already have the same/ a better version on my pc. Sometimes after the already installed message, I also get a notification that the one I already have isn't installed correctly but when I try to install it the right way it gives me another error.

Try deleting the entire contents of the Temp folder, and then start again.
