Pages are taking an age to load up / posts also taking ages to go on

Any ideas ?

Have a look at the bottom left of the screen while it's loading, Baz.

Probably says .......... "Waiting for .........." Most likely something mentioning "ads".

Yes - it says ' waiting for delivery.platform.switchads.com'

Is this something that AB Towers are aware of - do you know ?

Yes .......... "Switchads". I've spoken to the Ed about it before. Usually, it isn't noticeable. Obviously, it's having problems right now.

"AdBlock" would likely eliminate the problem. The trouble is, AB relies on ads for revenue. If we all use an adblocker, we'd probably have no site to use.

Ed should be told about this again. It's a technical problem that should be curable.

It shouldn't be taking a minute and a quarter - average - to load up pages etc

Bazile - might it be worth trying the "Report" facility on your own thread or using the "Contact Us" link?

If they're not "screen-watching" at the moment, the Eds might notice a report or message come through - I don't know how their system works though.
