my new photo appears in the answer box but not elsewhere, anything else i need to do.

There are quite a few posters - eg TTT and samjenko I think, plus some brand new posters, who have avatars in some places but not in others. These seem to be cases where there were no avatars prior to the revamp but after the revamp AB seems to pick up some avatars from a poster's previous user name or perhaps from an avatar on Wordpress relating to the same email address
