Weird Happenings On Ab Android

Over Sunday/Monday when I was away I was using my Samsung tablet as per usual. This site is always pretty dire on Android on hotel wifi but it became unusable. Instead of the usual page, I had the list of topics in red/orange print down the left hand side of the page, the little autumn leaves were at the top and all of the topics (presumably latest posts) underneath were from October 2013. My Android was displaying the same. It seems OK now and I don't know what all that was about but I thought it might be of interest to the tech people here

Mine did that originally- I had to clear the history.

I cleared the history, restarted several times but to no avail

If you're seeing elements of the old site it means that your browser is calling up that data from its cache. Clearing the cache should solve the problem. This link assumes that you're using 6 and the native browser:

The phone is Android 4.4.4 I don't know what the tablet is because I don't use it at home and don't have it to hand. AB looks normal on my phone now
