It's a partially animated ad that appears almost the full length of my tablet page. It's for Dr Oetker Stodka ...totally in Polish and vibrating with colour. This is on a nexus 7. Haven't checked the Samsung tablet, and it's not on my phone.

Don't think so. It's not the usual flashing page informing us of having won an iPhone or whatever. It seems to come and go...was gone when I looked after posting this thread.
