I know, been there that often, but with 10 stone to lose big initial losses would be expected, I have asked my doctor for a referral back to the specialist weight management team. Last time it didnt work because Dave didn't understand the process and I gave up fighting over it. I believe I have more chance of succeeding now. I may need bariatric surgery but hope to avoid it.
A late good morning all.
I forgot but have weighed myself early this am. Just returned from my small walk. Getting through the soft sand to the shore line was hard. I usually stick to the grassy path above the sand these days. :-((. I like to hear the crunch of the sea shells under my feet when on the breakwater.

Some are healthy, such as the carverys, (lots of self-serve vegetables) but much of the time it's a pain avoiding the meals with pet food included. Some will change it to vegetables on request (often though all they do are peas, presumably because cooking/offering veg seems too much trouble) but even then one has to insist on the veg being cooked properly by stressing "well done" and keeping one's fingers crossed that it doesn't turn up as warm pet food. One can have a half but in this weather one craves lots of liquid. We had some kind of bottled spritzer at one place; very watery, not recommended.
I switch to gin and slimline tonic lots of ice and then carry on with just the tonic and ice. Not fun but I look sociable at least
I usually go for what ever fish is on option, and as I love salad I just tell them to replace everything with more salad. One place I went to the plate was covered with it and a nice piece of grilled sea bass on the top. The cheeky waitress brought me a side salad as well, thing is that is my idea of food heaven.
Got the wii out this morning 20 mins of the aerobic stuff I was a sweaty wreck and was exhausted. I used to do an hour and a half every day as well as a long walk most days and swimming on sundays. I have a lot of work to do.
