Hi ABers,
I'm posting to let you know that after tomorrow (Friday 7th), I am going to be away for a little while on sick leave. (I'm having two operations to get rid of two unrelated, early-stage cancers so I'll be gone for a couple of months, at least.)

Spare Ed will be around and things will be ticking over as usual so you shouldn't notice anything particularly different. I may pop in and say hello while I'm away if I can.

Very best wishes to you.As a cancer survivor myself(several years ago) I can say keep positive and take every thing offered to you. I was lucky and chose to have chemo after the op(sigmoid cancer of the colon). I was advised post op that I needn't have chemo as the biopsy showed no return of cancer cells.Good surgical practice and positive vibes will get you through. Capecitabin Rules. May bump into you one day in the Marsden if you are lucky to be given a choice.
