I have bought a new Laptop but am unable to log in, cannot remember my password. I have tried requesting a new one but getting no response.
Help please.

Log into what? You've been able to log into AB obviously

Thank you my friends, went back to my posts to AB 2009
when I had requested a new password so having used that
password but it logs me in as poortony rather than
poorclare as I am now BUT originally in 2005 I had been
logged in as poorclare. Does this make sense ?? sorry
I shall e-mail get in touch with Ed later.

I am on here as Poorclare BUT I can only log in as
poortony on the new laptop, Ed helping me sort this
out.
