No matter how often I agree, this notice keeps on popping up. Is there any way to get rid of it?

You agree that some website or commercial concern values your privacy ? Not unless there's profit in it for them, they don't.
The Ed (or AB's techies) will almost certainly need to know which web browser you're using (Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Vivaldi, Opera, Safari, etc) and on what type of device. (A Windows PC? An Android phone? An Apple Mac? An iOS device?).

I don't get the problem using Firefox or Vivaldi on a Windows 7 PC, nor on an Android phone using Chrome. Such problems tend to affect only certain device/browser combinations. (AB seems particularly prone to throwing a wobbly when viewed using Safari on an iPad, for example).

I'm using Google Chrome on a Windows 10 hp laptop
I have just realised that the blue box in the bottom left-hand corner which seemed to be a permanent fixture is no longer there. PC with Chrome.
Try refreshing Chrome's cache, JD33:

^^^ Sorry, that should have been addressed to Elliemay1.

(JD33: I've still got the blue box, using Vivaldi with Windows 7)
Why? I don't want the damned thing back!
Crossed posts?
Yes, that box was the bane of my life.

Thanks buenchico, but it hasn't popped up since I posted my query!
(Though I do have that blue box that jackdaw mentioned.)
I also notice that I no longer have the search box on the left of the task bar. This might be a result of getting rid of Edge. Not a problem as I can access it via the Windows menu.
