You need to be member for more than fourteen days. If the day you join is the start, the first day ends the following day. That means, in your case, the fifteenth day is 4.8.19 or to-morrow.

Have you ticked the box on your profile to activate it?
I recall your account was not set up in the normal way- Ed set you up under this name to help you out because of previous issues with your user name/accounts, so maybe the normal process for waiting for avatars won't apply. You may need to ask Ed.
