I know this is trivial, but can something be done about the automatic "corrections" to question titles which force everything but initial letters to lower case? For example a thread containing "PART II..." has become "Part Ii..." and another has been changed from "IT'S GONE LIVE" to It'S Gone Live". Some of these may be mistakes by the original poster but it happens every time and the results usually look silly.

//Part Ii Of Calling Time On People ......//

I agree. It^ looks sloppy doesn't it. I can't see the point of it anyway.
You might have a point re the apostrophe, but I'd doubt you'll have much luck with initialising the heading. It's deliberate.

Maybe there should be codes to get it to show things between them as they've been typed. But I suspect the titles would just show the codes.
Part 2 Of Calling Time On People

;-D
There is no apostrophe, OG. It's supposed to be a Roman II. I know it's deliberate but the reasoning behind it is beyond me.
I see an apostrophe in "It'S" ;-)
Wouldn't it be better to be able to just type in a title, like you can with a post?
I think "IT'S" changed to "It'S" because consecutive capitals are not allowed and as the apostrophe is not a letter, the "S" was not affected.
PIXIE, it was changed in order to prevent folk from using all capitals in questions.
Ok, thanks TCl, I didn't know that. Then, just removing any question that does, would soon put people off? X
Every time this has been debated, most people agree that it looks wrong - but so far nothing has been actioned.
I think the capitals stay in place in question titles if you put a space between them. I recently posted a question about PPI and those three capitals appeared like that as there were spaces between the letters.
