Ads

I'm getting lots of ads from various companies that cover the original post.
Only when I'm trying to reply to a post.
Rather annoying as sometimes the original post needs to be re-read and can't be.
Using latest android system, Samsung phone.

if you reject all cookies, then you may find the ads go.

not saying they will but its worth a try. i am back to using the laptop and get no ads at all now. I don't have an ad blocker on

Good suggestion Em, but that does have some drawbacks.

AB gnomes, I believe, want lots of "non intrusive" ads.

Hopefully the gnomes in power will find a way to negate the issue.
Maybe they aren't aware, maybe they don't care, who knows ;-)

they know all right, but ads pay for the running of AB. I guess they need as many as possible

Yes...happens on my phone some time's.... they cover the 'answer now' box. Its only occasional for me though.

I select Reject All, when asked about cookies, and it seems to help.

It's only European sites that give me an option as to cookies.
