As one or two of us have explained - they are not people, they are bots i.e. software. It is grossly unfair to expect these to be dealt with manually by hard-pressed Mods. You can only fight software with software so the Techies need to get off their backsides and sort it (they certainly aren't making any corrections/modifications to improve the site's features in spite of numerous requests and funding)
