The answer to that is about three posts down from the top.

Sadly I suspect many are put off adding posts there now. I do try but too often they are twisted and hijacked by a couple far too regularly. There is no debate just unsubstantiated rubbish spouted that, together with the two or three pendants and heavy handed policing we have, wrecks the thread.

I dont have the answer BTW. But it is clear News is not what it was.
