China is on Russia's side in the war. They've so far been trying to appear uninvolved, but helping Putin where they can e.g by buying loads of Russian oil and coal, helping them get around sanctions etc.

They apparently also brokered the agreement for N.Korea to supply troops to Russia.

I doubt they would be sending troops of their own though.
