Is it Windows XP Home?

Or something else?
If it's any version of windows prior to XP, she can just cancel the login screen and it will log her on as a new user. She can then simply search for and delete and files with the extension pwf, restart the machine and login as the original user with no password. (Microsoft never really had much understanding of what constitutes security!).
Sorry, that should read "any files with the extension..."
