Can anyone help please my son is haveing problems connecting to the internet using his laptop the msg that comes up reads WEBPAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED
Any help would really be appreciated!

try going to system restore and put the date back amonth

How is he trying to connect? (Wirelessly, dial-up, router and so on)

Is the wireless connection showing a good connection? If it is, is the laptop used on another network (such as a school or company network which may require specific proxy settings)?
