Can't get an answerbank problem sorted

I have stopped receiving email notification when someone responds to a question that I have posted. I posted questions to see how to get it resolved with no luck. I then phoned answerbank who told me to email. I therefore emailed the AB techs about it but about a week has passed and I havent received any reply from them.
I don't know how else to sort this problem so I thought I would try posting it here.
Any suggestions would be welcome.

Just give it a little bit longer shivvy, then email the Techies or Ed again. There might be a higher than usual volume of complaints/reports, so that could be the reason you haven't heard as yet.

Sometimes I hear within a week and sometimes it can take two or three emails from me for them to respond.

the email notification thing hasnt worked for months now, I havent had any either since gawd knows when, was a bit annoyin at times anyway lol

It must be a sort of hit and miss problem because I'm still getting them; even this morning I got some.

I've had to get myself a new email address and username, until such time as I might be able to go back to the old one.
