PLease Help me with this song

AAAGH its driving me insane, please can anyone help me!!

I have a song in my head i have wasted a day trying to fin d out the name......

I THINK it is a ramones song.......... But am not hundred percetn as i have gone through all their songs that i think it is and cant find it..........

This song is a punk song, its quite fast and it is almost like the singer does not take any breathes between his sentences in the verses........

i dont kno whow to explain it except that its almost for me impossible to understand the lyrics they sound like he is making words up.........

um here goes lol......

ok the opening verse is like a hard punchy almost talking the song through rapidly....... lots of loud guitar......

at the chorus he jumps from his fast verse to :

"woo woo woo woo! " (what sounds like next) Sheng fa Soo wah!"

Then goes back into the same fast verse talking then back to the

woo oo oo oo.....sheng fan soo wah!"

its a fairly popular "anthem" of previous years and i am pretty sure its a very well known song and most people would know it if i could epxplain it properly!!
