I'm much better today. I managed to get an early physio appt for my carpal tunnel and received my splint this morning - so very high hopes for a decent nights sleep tonight :o)

Where it would normally say 'add as friend' its says 'request to join'.............. so I don't know

You don't have to PB. You just add people you actually no in real life and set your account to private so no one but your friends can see what you write.

I have a lot of cousins and family in ireland and spread throughout the country that I chat to a lot more on FB that I would phone them.
